We are Sony’s approved service agent for the DMX-R100, we have carried out field visits all over the country and helped overseas owners resolve issues. We have included some documents in our downloads page to help with self diagnosis. However we urge caution before you start delving inside. Only attempt opening the top cover if you are confident in service and repair operations. Any wrong moves could result in a fairly straight forward repair becoming a major breakdown, incurring possible major expense.
